Get one recurring workflow built, checked and looked after.

I'm an AI consultant in Melbourne. I scope, build and run one recurring workflow around a specific task in your business. That could be preparing marketing reports, organising inbound enquiries or putting customer information into a usable handover. You get an agreed deliverable, review points and a separate quote for running it.

Bring me a task you can show me. The last report your team prepared, an enquiry's path through the business, or a handover that needed information from several places. I'll look at what happens today before recommending a build, and if the tools you already use can handle it, I'll say so.

The build is a fixed fee. Running it is quoted separately.

What I can build.

Marketing is where I start, and most of this sits inside it or right next to it. Each one starts as a single workflow with an owner, not a platform rollout. These are the kinds of work I scope, not claims about finished client projects.

01
Reporting / Decision support

Marketing reports

Performance data from the ad platforms, analytics and your CRM, brought into one recurring report. Figures checked against the source, changes explained in a draft, and questions flagged for the person who decides.

  • Ads + analytics + CRM
  • Checked against source
  • Draft commentary
  • Anomalies flagged
You review it before it goes to anyone.
02
Inbound / Enquiries

Enquiry handling

New enquiries sorted as they arrive, missing details flagged, and each one routed to the right person with enough context to act. A reply is drafted and waits for someone to approve it.

  • Forms + inbox
  • Routing rules
  • CRM entry
  • Drafted reply
Nothing is sent without approval.
03
Operations / Handovers

Customer handovers

Notes, emails and agreed next steps assembled into a brief the next person can act on, from sale to delivery or between teams, so nobody has to go looking.

  • Notes + email
  • One-page brief
  • Next steps
  • Owner named
The receiving person checks the brief.
04
Paid media / Production

Campaign and creative production

Ad copy, creative variations and landing page drafts produced from your brief, your past results and your brand rules. Ready for review before anything goes live.

  • Ad copy variants
  • Creative briefs
  • Landing page drafts
  • Brand checks
Nothing launches or changes spend on its own.
05
Content / Your expertise

Content from what you already know

Calls, notes and the expertise already in your business turned into drafts: articles, newsletters and social posts in your voice, with the sources attached so they can be checked.

  • Source material in
  • Your voice rules
  • Drafts + sources
  • Editorial review
You edit and publish. It drafts.
06
Research / Monitoring

Market and competitor watch

A scheduled check on competitors' ads and pages, search results and industry news, summarised into what changed and what might matter to you.

  • Scheduled checks
  • Change log
  • Weekly summary
  • Links to source
A summary to read, not a feed to watch.
07
Knowledge / Your documents

Answers from your own records

An assistant that answers questions from your documents, past campaigns and decisions, and shows where each answer came from, so it can be trusted or corrected.

  • Agreed sources only
  • Cited answers
  • Access controls
  • Kept current
Every answer shows its source.
08
Development / Custom

Custom AI tools and integrations

When no off-the-shelf tool fits: connecting the tools you use through their APIs, small internal apps, and AI agents that do one defined job with a person in control.

  • API connections
  • Internal tools
  • Single-job agents
  • Tested + documented
Scoped like the rest: one job, one owner.
09
Outreach / Approval-gated

Outreach agent

An agent researches who is likely to buy, drafts each email and holds it until you approve it. Approved emails go out from your own inbox, so the replies come back to you.

  • Prospect research
  • Drafted emails
  • Approval on every send
  • Weekly reply report
Nothing sends without your approval.
10
Voice / Calls

Voice agents

A voice agent that answers calls, handles the common questions and books the job or takes a message, so calls stop going to voicemail. It works from the scripts, hours and rules you agree.

  • Answers calls
  • Books or takes messages
  • Agreed scripts
  • Call summaries
Anything outside its rules goes to a person.
11
Search / SEO, AEO and GEO

Search and AI visibility

Technical and content SEO, plus visibility in AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. Audits, content briefs and pages structured so search engines and AI assistants can find, understand and cite them. My guide shows how I get a site cited by ChatGPT and AI Overviews.

  • Technical audit
  • Content briefs
  • AI answer visibility
  • Ongoing monitoring
Measured by where you actually show up.
12
Admin / Around the marketing

The admin around it

Meeting notes turned into actions, briefs written up, invoices prepared and the cleanup across your CRM and spreadsheets that nobody has time for.

  • Notes to actions
  • Briefs
  • Invoice prep
  • CRM cleanup
Prepared for someone to check and send.

One workflow, three stages.

Every build goes through the same three stages, in this order. The scope comes first, and it sets out what counts as an accepted build before any work starts.

01
Stage 1 / Before any build

Scope it

I map the task, its inputs, outputs and owner, and agree what a useful result looks like. Time saved, corrections needed or turnaround time can be the measure, depending on the task. The measure and its baseline come first.

  • Task + owner
  • Tools + data
  • Measure + baseline
  • Written quote
A written scope, with the build and running quoted separately.
Describe the task →
02
Stage 2 / Fixed fee

Build it

I connect the agreed tools, build the workflow and test it against real examples, including missing data and failures. Review points sit wherever a person needs to check the output.

  • Agreed connections
  • Human review
  • Tested on real inputs
  • Manual fallback
Accepted when it passes the tests agreed in the scope.
03
Stage 3 / Monthly

Run it

I monitor the accepted workflow within agreed support hours, investigate failures, check output quality and review usage costs. The monthly scope sets the allowance for adjustments.

  • Monitored runs
  • Failures fixed
  • Output checked
  • Costs reviewed
Not unlimited development or round-the-clock support.

Example: a marketing report.

An illustrative scope, not a completed client project. The workflow prepares the information. It would not change your advertising budget or send recommendations to clients without approval.

Delivered / Every build

What the build includes.

  • A map of the task, inputs, outputs and owner
  • Connections to the agreed tools and data
  • The workflow, with human review where required
  • Tests for real inputs, missing data and failures
  • Logging, exception alerts and a manual fallback
  • Notes on using, reviewing and pausing it

Before you enquire.

You get a written scope, a one-page terms of engagement and an invoice from Digiital Pty Ltd. Access, hosting, data handling and the providers involved are settled in the scope before anything is connected.

Common questions.

Do I need to know which AI tools to use?

No. Describe the work and show how it happens today. Choosing the tools is part of assessing the fit.

Will this replace my existing software?

Not necessarily. I'll look at the tools you already have and what can connect to them. That gets checked before it goes into the scope.

Can it send messages or make changes by itself?

The scope sets out what it's allowed to do and where it stops for approval. The reporting and enquiry examples above keep a person in control of anything sent outside the business and any material change.

Can you guarantee more revenue or a specific time saving?

No. The build has agreed acceptance criteria. Business outcomes need measuring, and they depend on more than the workflow alone.

What happens if I stop the ongoing service?

The agreement sets out the documentation, exports and access removal needed to keep it running yourself or stop it safely. Ownership and third-party licences are settled before the build.

Do I have to buy a paid media audit first?

No. This is a separate service. If your priority is advertising performance, the paid media file is the better place to start.

Describe the recurring task, the tools involved and the improvement you want. No passwords or customer records needed at this stage.
