Find the leak. Then run the account.
I'm a Google Ads consultant in Melbourne. I audit and run Google, Meta and Microsoft ad accounts. The numbers on my Proof pages were delivered inside other people's businesses, under an agency or an employer. I can't name them, but the numbers are real. Now I take on a small number of accounts directly, and the prices are below.
An ad account bids on whatever its conversion data tells it to. If that data is wrong, better bidding just finds more of the wrong thing, faster. So every way in starts by checking the tracking before touching the campaigns. My guide shows how I send real sales back to Google and Meta.
Every price here is plus GST.
Two ways in.
Start with the audit if you want the problem found before you commit. If you already want me running the account, go straight to management; its first week is the same diagnostic. Advisory starts with the audit, because its fix plan is what your team works from.
I go through one ad platform and the conversion tracking it relies on, over the last 90 days. You get written findings ranked by likely dollar impact, a fix plan your team or agency can run without me, and a 45-minute call to walk through them. For accounts spending $5k a month or more.
- One platform + tracking
- Last 90 days
- Findings + fix plan
- 10 business days
$1,500. Each extra platform $750.

I run the account: structure, bidding, budgets, creative testing and the tracking under them. The first week is the same diagnostic as the audit, before I change anything. After that it follows my weekly and monthly management rhythm. For accounts spending $15k a month or more.
- Google, Meta, Microsoft
- Diagnostic in week one
- Monthly written review
- 30 days' notice
From $4,000 a month.

Your team or agency keeps doing the work. It starts with the audit, and its fix plan becomes their list. Then I review the account each month, join a call, and answer questions in between. It suits smaller accounts, and larger ones that already have hands on the controls.
- Starts with the audit
- Monthly account review
- Monthly call
- 30 days' notice
$2,500 a month, after the $1,500 audit.

What the audit looks at.
Three passes, in this order, because each one depends on the one before it. I need read-only access to the ad account and your analytics, plus your average lead or sale value. The dollar ranking is an estimate built on that value. Your CRM's lead outcomes and read-only tag manager access help if you have them. If a finding needs evidence I can't see, I mark it "can't verify without" that evidence and give you the check your team can run. I don't ask for passwords. The method, with its checklist, is in how I audit a Google Ads account.
01Tracking.
Are the conversions the platform bids on real, counted once, and worth something to the business?
Checked first / the rest depends on it02Spend.
Where the money goes to searches, audiences and placements that never turn into a sale.
Ranked / by likely dollar impact03Structure.
Campaigns, bidding and budgets, set against what the account is actually trying to buy.
Output / what to change first
Proof / Inside other people's businesses
The record.
01Your own spend.
$5k a month or more for an audit, $15k for management. In between, advisory is the better fit.
Qualifier / monthly ad spend02Access.
Read-only access to the ad account and your analytics. Your data stays confidential and goes back or gets deleted when the work ends.
Handled / in the terms03Not education.
I don't take on education or training providers. Everything else with real spend is worth a note.
