Steven Wade.

I work where AI systems, paid media and commercial accountability meet. My job is to turn scattered tools, signals and ideas into operating systems a team can actually run.

AI marketing systems operator.

I came up through paid media, where every decision eventually meets a budget, a customer and a result. Over the past decade I have built sharper campaign systems, run disciplined experiments and scaled what the evidence says is working.

Today I combine that performance discipline with AI and knowledge systems: make the machine visible, keep human judgement accountable and prove the return.

Why I built MEMEXIA.

Marketing teams do not usually have a shortage of tools. They have disconnected knowledge, weak feedback loops and too many decisions made without context. I kept seeing useful learning disappear between platforms, people and campaigns.

That led to MEMEXIA: two connected systems. MEMEXIA Knowledge acts as the second brain. MEMEXIA Marketing turns that knowledge into decisions, experiments, media and measurable outcomes. Each system makes the other more useful over time.

The point is not more AI. It is better judgement, made repeatable.

Working record.

  1. Paid-media operatorGoogle, Meta and Microsoft accounts where commercial performance is the test.
  2. Systems builderMeasurement, creative, automation and experimentation joined into one operating loop.
  3. Knowledge architectResearch, notes and decisions made reusable through MEMEXIA Knowledge.
  4. AdvisorHelping teams see the whole machine, find the expensive friction and improve it.

Two connected systems.

The knowledge system remembers what the work teaches. The marketing system applies it, measures the result and sends better information back.

Field note / Non-negotiables

How I operate.

  • Commercial outcomes before vanity metrics
  • Automation works inside explicit boundaries
  • Human judgement remains accountable
  • Every result should improve the next decision

Bring me the system you cannot quite see yet.
